Typically a CR12, valid Tax Compliance Certificate, national ID or business registration details, and any technical documents relevant to your licence category.

How long does licence approval take?

How do I verify a licence or permit?

Use the verification service on the home page or Services. Enter the code printed on the document.

How do I report malpractice or a service issue?

Lodge a complaint through the help centre or contact the helpdesk. Complaints are logged, tracked and routed to the responsible KSB office.
